Phones and troubleshooting

Where experiences work and what to do if the camera does not start.

• iPhone: Safari or Chrome, iOS 16 or newer recommended. Room AR via Quick Look.
• Android: current Chrome, Android 10 or newer recommended. Room AR in the browser (with ARCore) or via Scene Viewer.
• Computer: front-camera types work with a webcam; others show a QR code for a phone.

The camera does not start

• Access was denied: allow the camera for the site in the browser settings and reload.
• Opened inside Instagram, Facebook or TikTok: some block the camera; the experience offers to copy the link to Safari or Chrome.
• Another app uses the camera (a video call): close it.

Slow loading

Make the model smaller (under 10 MB) and textures 2048 px at most. The player lowers quality on its own on slow phones.
