Privacy in experiences
What happens to the camera image and data when you open an AR or VR experience made with Dimenzum.
The camera is used only on your phone to show the effect. We do not send or store the camera image. Photos and videos stay on your device until you save or share them yourself.
Camera
Face, position and image (poster, packaging) recognition runs directly in your browser. The camera image never leaves your device and is not stored anywhere. You can revoke camera access at any time in your browser settings.
Some experiences work only at a certain place. In that case, after you tap, your phone’s location is compared with the place directly in your browser. We never send or store your location; statistics only record whether you were on site. Portal and sky experiences also read the phone’s gyroscope, only to turn the view.
Photos and videos
Photos and videos are created on your device. We do not upload them to a server. If you share them, the terms of the app you share them to apply.
Statistics
We only count anonymous totals: how many times the experience was opened, whether the camera was allowed, how many photos were taken, the system type (iOS, Android) and whether it was opened inside a social media app. We use no cookies or device identifiers and do not store IP addresses. If the experience crashes, we send only the technical error text so we can fix it.
Who is responsible
The company that published the experience is responsible for it and its content. The technical operator is VR Master s.r.o., Odbojárov 7, Michalovce, Slovensko, contact [email protected].
If an experience includes a contest or form, you will see separate information and consents from the company running it before you submit any data.
