Terms of Service
Terms for using the Dimenzum platform to create and publish AR and VR experiences.
1. Who we are
Provider: VR Master s.r.o., registered office Odbojárov 7, Michalovce, Slovensko, company ID 54154065, tax ID 2121581946, VAT ID SK2121581946, registered in Obchodný register Mestského súdu Košice, oddiel: Sro, vložka č. 52676/V (the “Provider”). Contact: [email protected].
The Provider operates the Dimenzum platform (the “Platform”), where businesses, organisations and agencies (the “Client”) create and publish AR and VR experiences for their customers.
The Platform is intended for businesses and organisations only, not for consumers. By signing up, the Client confirms that it acts in the course of its business or profession.
2. Account and users
The Client is responsible for the accuracy of its data, the security of login credentials and the conduct of users it grants access and a role in the Platform.
An agency may manage its clients’ organisations in the Platform. The agency is responsible for these organisations, their content and payments.
3. Trial
A new organisation gets a free 14-day trial with reduced limits (in particular 1 project, 500 opens and the Platform badge in the experience).
To publish experiences, the Client must choose a plan and add a payment card. The first payment is taken only after the trial ends. The Provider sends an email reminder no later than 3 days before the trial ends. If the Client cancels before the trial ends, nothing is charged.
If the Client does not choose a plan by the end of the trial, the organisation is paused. Projects and data are kept and can be published again after a plan is chosen.
4. Subscription, price and invoices
Services are provided according to the chosen plan and the price list valid at the time of the order. The Provider is not a VAT payer under Section 4 of the Slovak VAT Act and is registered under Section 7a. Prices are final and no VAT is added. Clients in another EU member state with a valid VAT ID are invoiced under the reverse charge mechanism.
The subscription is paid in advance monthly or yearly by card through Stripe and renews automatically until the Client cancels it. Invoices are sent by email and are also available in subscription management in the Platform.
The plan can be changed at any time in subscription management. Price differences are prorated for the remaining part of the period.
Custom offers (Enterprise plan) are governed by a separate order or agreement; these terms apply to them unless agreed otherwise.
5. Unpaid invoices
If a payment fails, Stripe retries it automatically and the Provider notifies the Client by email on the day of the failure and then after about 3, 7 and 14 days. Experiences keep working during this time.
If payment is still outstanding after the retries, and no later than 21 days, the Provider pauses publication of projects. The Client’s customers can no longer open the experiences, but the Client can still sign in and renew the subscription. After payment, experiences are restored without undue delay.
The Provider does not delete data of a paused organisation. If it ever wanted to delete it after long inactivity (more than 24 months after pausing), it would notify the Client by email at least 60 days in advance.
6. Cancellation and termination
The Client can cancel the subscription at any time in subscription management. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period; services work until then. Paid periods are not refunded unless agreed otherwise or required by law.
The Client can download all its data and close the organisation at any time in organisation settings. After closing, experiences switch off immediately and data is permanently deleted after 30 days; until then the closure can be undone. We also help with export or deletion at [email protected].
The Provider may terminate the agreement with 30 days’ notice, or immediately in case of a serious breach of these terms or the Acceptable Use Policy.
7. Plan limits
Each plan has limits on projects, monthly experience opens, users and model size as shown in the price list. If the opens limit is exceeded, the Provider notifies the Client and offers a higher plan; it will not switch experiences off for this reason without prior notice.
8. Client content
The Client remains the owner of its models, images, texts and brands. It grants the Provider a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store, technically process (optimise, compress, convert) and display them to the extent needed to provide the service, for the duration of the agreement.
The Client declares that it holds the necessary rights to uploaded content and states the licence of each model when uploading it. The Client is responsible for the content and its legality. Content rules are set out in the Acceptable Use Policy.
9. The Platform and availability
The Platform software is owned by the Provider and its licensors. The Client may use the Platform for the duration of the subscription; it does not obtain rights to the source code unless agreed in writing.
The Provider aims for continuous availability and announces planned maintenance in advance, but does not guarantee availability unless a separate service level agreement (SLA) is agreed. AR and VR also depend on the customer’s device, operating system and browser.
10. Liability
The Provider is not liable for lost profits or indirect damages. The Provider’s total liability is limited to the amount the Client paid in the last 12 months. This limitation does not apply to damage caused intentionally or by gross negligence.
11. Personal data
The Provider processes personal data of Platform users according to the Privacy Policy. If the Client processes personal data of its customers through the Platform, the Data Processing Agreement, which forms part of these terms, applies.
12. Changes
The Provider may change these terms and the price list. It will notify the Client of material changes by email at least 30 days before they take effect. If the Client disagrees, it may cancel the subscription; price changes apply to it from the next subscription period.
13. Final provisions
These terms are governed by the laws of the Slovak Republic. Disputes will be resolved by the competent courts of the Slovak Republic. The terms are available in Slovak, Czech and English; in case of conflict, the Slovak version prevails.
These terms are effective from 1.11.2026.
In case of conflict between language versions, the Slovak version prevails.
