Acceptable Use Policy
What is not allowed on the Dimenzum Platform and how we handle violations.
Prohibited content and conduct
- content the Client has no rights to (third-party models, brands, characters, music),
- imitating other brands, companies or people in a way that could mislead customers,
- fake contests, misleading discounts and collecting data under false pretences,
- hateful, violent or sexually explicit content, or content inappropriately targeting minors,
- malicious code, attempts to bypass limits, overload the Platform or access other clients’ projects,
- collecting personal data without a valid legal basis.
3D model licences
When uploading a model, the Client states its licence and the Platform stores it with the model:

| CC BY-NC, CC BY-ND and similar | not allowed, as these licences forbid commercial use or modification |
The Client may use only its own logos and trademarks, or those it has the owner’s permission to use.
Violations
In case of a violation, the Provider may hide content or pause a project, usually after notifying the Client. For serious violations it may terminate the agreement immediately.
Report inappropriate content to [email protected], including a link to the experience and the reason.
In case of conflict between language versions, the Slovak version prevails.
